Lora is an Air Force retired veteran with over 25 years of experience collaborating with people from multiple backgrounds and cultures. Her goal in counseling is to walk alongside adolescents and adults by promoting healthy thinking, developing good decision-making skills, coping techniques, and emphasizing each person’s unique strengths. Lora creates a positive, non-judgmental, and safe environment to foster open communication about experiences and challenges which may hinder clients from being the best version of themselves. She uses an integrative counseling approach to assist each client in developing positive habits to improve their overall quality of life. Lora provides in-person or telehealth services for one-on-one, couples, or group settings to assist clients in developing and maintaining overall good mental health and wholeness.
