My first aspiration in life has always been to be a superhero. Unfortunately, I did not have traditional superpowers or fancy gadgets. I had a strong desire to help others. I knew it was my purpose in life to be a different kind of hero. Helping people and making a positive impact on my community is not just a job for me; it's a deep passion that fuels my drive every single day. I have over 10 years of professional experience within the mental health and social services field. Throughout my career, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of mental health support. From providing counseling to individuals in crisis to developing community programs that address the broader social determinants of mental health, I've dedicated myself to ensuring that everyone has access to the care they need. It is my life's mission to help others to the best of my ability and inspire change. A hero is a choice and I have made my choice wisely.
