Individuals who select this service will use means of telecommunication (phone calls, video platform) to receive one on one mental health services with a mental health therapist. The use of this service makes therapy accessible to nearly everyone. This modality allows individuals to attend their regularly scheduled sessions if they’re unable to participate in sessions at the office. Individuals are required to complete telehealth consent forms which further explain the pros and cons of completing virtual sessions.
