| Individuals who select this service will participate in either support groups or psychoeducational groups ranging from a variety of topics (Parenting Skills, Managing Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Anger Management). Individuals will participate in groups for a set duration as outlined by the leading group facilitator. Sessions are held in a safe, confidential setting where participants are encouraged to share and communicate their concerns freely. In response, group member provide support to one another, and feedback is provided under the guidance of a trained group facilitator. |
