Intern- Michelle Eno

alt c  Remember that person that family members, and workplace acquaintances would call on for a listening ear without judgement? Who you could also trust with your secrets? Who would sometimes say what you did not want to hear but needed to hear while yet being respectful of your feelings? That is Michelle. She cares about what you are feeling and wants to help you become your best self. While Michelle recognizes relationships as being one ingredient for your overall well-being, she also knows they are complicated to manage. When our relationships are conflicted, we feel unheard, unappreciated, frustrated, and devalued. Finding a safe space to be heard, and validated can be a start to inner healing and improved communication. Michelle believes that an integrative approach can provide clients with the tools and resources they need to work through their problems, improve balance, boundaries, and communication that ultimately leads to wellness. She has experience using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy in a treatment center but also believes that Structural Family Therapy can help improve communication and relationship dynamics. Michelle is a second year Marriage & Family Therapy master’s student at Toccoa Falls College in North Georgia.

Education:

Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Georgia State University

Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, Toccoa Falls College (Currently Attending)

Certifications: Prepare and Enrich Certification 2023
