DFCS Specialist- Paula Pickett

Paula Pickett graduated with a B.A degree in Sociology from Georgia State University. She knew from a early stage in her life that she wanted to be a help to others. Her desire to help others has led her to where she is today.  She has a "anyone  can succeed" attitude with the right team and this is why she enjoys being in the human service field.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I love reading and watching sports in my spare time.

Why is access to mental health services important?

Access to mental health services will bring families and communities together. Access to mental health services allow for the individual to regain a sense of one's true self.
